St. Thomas Church is located at the end of Saint Thomas Lane. The entrance to the lane is located off US Highway 31-E (New Haven Road) one mile south of the Bluegrass Parkway.

Weekend Masses are held in St. Teresa Hall, at the far end of the St. Thomas Center (former school building). The parish office is located at the front of the St. Thomas Center.

Weekday Masses and most other liturgies are held in the historic St. Thomas Church. On one side of the church is the historic Bishop Flaget Log House; on the other side is the parish rectory (priest's residence). Tours of the church and log house are available by appointment.

St. Thomas Cemetery is open daily from dawn to dusk.
